“ I was craving some fish and chips and finally got around to trying out this place. The atmosphere was that of an older style diner. Few were sitting already as I took my seat around 6:30pm and many more showed up shortly after. The store was closing by 8pm and by this time the staff was limited to one waitress whom was very friendly and efficient at her job, however was unable to answer confidently as to the differences between haddock and halibut outside of the price point and higher quality. The food was fresh and quick and I found the portion size to be refreshing with a plate that was not overloaded with fries and the fish playing the main star. ”

“ My wife and I stopped at Crispy’s Fish and Chips on our way back from St Thomas, and we were honestly impressed. This was the biggest piece of halibut I’ve received compared to several seafood places I’ve tried in London and Woodstock. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked, and very filling. My wife is a light eater, so she ordered the mini halibut, and it turned out to be the perfect portion for someone who doesn’t eat much not too heavy, but still very satisfying. For the price, this is hands down the best halibut I’ve had. Great value, great quality, and we would definitely recommend Crispy’s to anyone craving good fish and chips. ”
